Is Hapi Events free to sign up for?

Yes. Creating a host account is free. Eligible hosts also get one complimentary event to try the full guest-sharing experience.

What comes with the complimentary event?

It includes one live guest event with photo uploads, video uploads, written messages, and guest join access by QR code, link, or hashtag. The starter event lasts 7 days and supports up to 100 uploads.

What do I get when I unlock a paid event?

A paid event becomes guest-live and includes the core Hapi experience: guest photos, guest videos, written messages, join access by QR code, link, or hashtag, event customization, moderation tools, and media management from your dashboard.

When do I need to pay?

Only when you are ready to publish a later event for guests. Until then, it can stay in your dashboard as a private draft. When you are ready, unlock it for ₱999 per event.

Do I need a subscription?

No. Hapi is priced per published event, not as a monthly subscription.

Who is the standard paid event best for?

It is best for hosts who want a self-serve event page for weddings, debuts, birthdays, reunions, and other private celebrations. If you need a more premium or hands-on setup, ask about a custom event option.
